• Guests with health conditions should seek advice from a physician before utilizing the facilities.

• Shoes must be removed at the entrance and are strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the spa.

• Please be mindful that the floor may be wet and slippery. Exercise caution accordingly.

• Please avoid creating loud noises or distractions while using the facilities.

• Maintain silence or speak softly to respect others’ relaxation.

• Food, drinks, and alcohol are not permitted.

• Smoking is not permitted.

• Phone usage is prohibited in the spa and locker room areas.

• We do not take responsibility for any lost or stolen items.

• Those in need of continuous assistance must be accompanied by another adult, and both must stay together throughout the visit.

• Any minor aged 13–17 must be accompanied by a same-gender parent or guardian at all times, with a signed consent form.

MEN'S / WOMEN'S SPA​

• Shower before entering the tubs and again after using the sauna.

• Kindly use a towel to dry your body before exiting the sauna area.

• Do not use soap, shampoo, or cleansing products inside the tubs.

• No oil, hair dye, or facial beauty products are allowed inside the spa or sauna.

• Wearing bathing suits in the spa or sauna is strictly prohibited.

• Do not wash or dry clothes in the facility.

• Do not scrub your body or use exfoliating tools inside tubs or saunas.

• Personal grooming (e.g., shaving, nail clipping) is not allowed.

• Do not pour water or any liquids onto the dry sauna rocks.

• Do not use essential oils or aromatherapy products without staff permission.

• Do not wear sheet masks, oil patches, or facial packs in the spa or sauna.

• Do not leave towels or personal items on benches to reserve space.

• Photography or video recording is strictly prohibited at all times.

• Any inappropriate physical contact or sexually suggestive behavior is strictly prohibited.

VIOLATIONS OF ANY SPA RULES MAY RESULT IN IMMEDIATE REMOVAL AND A PERMANENT BAN FROM THE FACILITY.
